Figure: Slit-lamp Photograph of a Case with Multiple Superficial Punctate Keratitis (SPK) stained with Fluorescein Dye and Visualised in Cobalt Blue Light in a Patient Diagnosed as Adenoviral Keratoconjunctivitis.
A 35-year-old female presented with complaints of foreign body sensation, watering, redness and diminution of vision in the left eye for 4 days. Her visual acuity in the affected eye was 6/18. The evidence of diffuse conjunctival congestion, follicular response and multiple SPK over the central cornea was seen on slit-lamp examination, suggestive of Adenoviral Keratoconjunctivitis. Lubricants and cold compression were initiated with partial improvement on follow-up.
