Prof. Veshal Madan

Professor Veshal Madan is currently serving as the Director of a renowned Optometry Institute located in Pune, India. He holds a PhD in Optometry and Visual Sciences, with a specific expertise in Ocular Diagnostics and the posterior segment of the eye. Prof. Madan is recognised as a Fellow of the International Association of Contact Lens Educators (FIACLE) and has been a Fellow of the Association of School & Colleges of Optometry (FASCO) for the past 14 years. He actively engages in research endeavours aimed at supporting postgraduate students and practices as a specialist in contact lens techniques, both within the institute and in private clinical settings. Furthermore, he possesses a Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) from two different universities, showcasing his diverse educational background. Prof. Madan’s primary area of interest lies in Ocular Diagnostics, particularly within the realms of Cornea and Contact Lenses, while remaining attuned to the latest management approaches in this specialised field.
