A 53-year-old male presented with complaint of progressive diminution of vision in the left eye. He had a previous history of ocular trauma caused due to glass particles in both eyes, for which he underwent corneal tear repair and retinal surgery 4 years before from the date of visit. On examination, gonioscopy revealed a retained foreign body (glass fragment) lodged in the inferior angle of the anterior chamber. The patient was further advised to undergo anterior chamber foreign body removal surgery in the left eye.
