London, UK – August 31, 2025 – Vision Science Academy observed the Children’s Eye Health and Safety Awareness Month in August 2025, with new initiatives and active execution of the regular awareness activities in the forum. In today’s dynamic world, attention towards children’s eye health and safety has become an utmost priority all over the world.

  • Encouraging Prevention: Suggesting measures to adopt early intervention and safety measures in day-to-day life.

VSA’s Initiatives
Team members at VSA engaged in promotional activities on Children’s Eye Health and Safety through informative reels and social media activities. The August Vision Science Talks highlighted brain-based blindness in children, including Cerebral Visual Impairment (CVI) and the neuroscience behind the condition. VSA also launched its inaugural edition of the Visionary Voices Contest, an awareness reel making contest themed on Children’s Eye Health and Safety.
