The image is depicting an eye with post-cataract opacification. A 70-years old female presented with gradual decrease of vision in the right eye with cloudy spots in vision. Unaided Visual Acuity was noted to be 6/60 with pinhole improvement up to 6/36. There was a positive history of cataract surgery done 3 years back. Upon diagnosis patient was advised for posterior capsulotomy.
