While 20/20 vision is often seen as the gold standard, true visual success requires both eyes to work together. This talk delves into the often-overlooked world of binocular vision anomalies (BVAs)—conditions where eye coordination falters, leading to challenges in reading, learning, sports, and daily life. With symptoms like eye strain, double vision, and poor depth perception, BVAs can significantly affect academic performance and quality of life. Through real-life examples and clinical insights, this session highlights the importance of early detection, diagnosis, and management—empowering educators, parents, and professionals to recognize the signs and support those impacted.
